DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ITINERARY LADAKH
DAY 01: LEH
Arrival at Leh airport in the afternoon. Meet our local representative and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Let your body take complete rest to acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 meters). Overnight at respective hotel.
DAY 02: LEH LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast today we cover following places: Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Thiksey Monastery - Hemis Monastery - .Overnight At Respective Hotel.
DAY 03: LEH - NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDUNG LA
After early breakfast, this morning, check out and drive to Nubra Valley (115 km approx). Today, we will drive through Khardung La which is claimed to be the highest motorable road in this world (Altitude of 18,380 ft). The pass offers amazing views of the valley and the roads winding up the mountain. The pristine air, scenic vistas and the feeling of being on top of the world have made Khardung La a popular tourist attraction. On arrival at Nubra Valley, Check into your pre-booked accommodation. Overnight at Nubra Valley.
DAY 04: NUBRA VALLEY - LEH VIA PANGONG
After breakfast this morning, check out from your hotel as we drive you to Pangong lake, 3 idiots movie fame (160 kms). Enroute visit to the Diskit monastery and have the wonderful view of Nubra valley. Later drive to Pangong. Stopover for the picturesque backdrop. In the evening, drive back to Leh. Overnight at Leh.
DAY 05: LEH - KARGIL
After breakfast, this morning, Board your vehicle and start driving towards Kargil (220 km approx). En-route visit War memorial, Pathar Sahib, Lamayuru and Alchi Monastery. Upon arrival, check-in to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight at Kargil.
DAY 06: KARGIL - SONMARG
After breakfast this morning, checkout & drive to Sonmarg. En-route visit Kargil war memorial & Zoji La Pass. Upon arrival, check-in to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight at Sonmarg.
DAY 07: SONMARG - SRINAGAR
After an early breakfast, check out & board your vehicle as we drive you to Srinagar Airport for your departure back to home. Tour Ends.

- Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Cost Inclusion”
- Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancelation or any other reason.
- The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
- Extensions of tour programmer or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons e.g. due to bad weather, road closure, and breakdown, any natural calamities, flight cancellation etc.
- Flight cancellation is out of our control, hence if flight is cancelled by airline, we are not responsible to give any substitute flight. If it is provided by airline we shall give you the same, but if it is not provided by airline then we shall not be responsible for any damages or for reimbursement. In such a case customer shall pay for booking the alternate flight at the prevailing rates.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS NEW POLICIES DUE TO COVID-19:- If for any reason, you cancel the booking, then you have to pay 3.5% cancellation charges of the booking amount. Due to Covid, the majority of hotels are offering minimal food and services. Any cancellation due to these reasons, will be liable for refund as per hotel policy only. We are not liable for the same. Suppose the payment has been made to the hotels against any booking & later booking gets cancelled due to any reason. In that case, we can only refund the Amount once we get a Refund from the Hotel. If Hotel offers us the Credit Note, then we are bound to provide you with the same. GENERAL It is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking has not proceeded, however. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. CANCELLATION POLICY :- In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows.
CANCELLATION CHARGES :
- Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date 10 % of the total Tour / service cost.
- Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 15 % of the total Tour / service cost
- Between 44 days & 30 prior to departure date: 20 % of the total Tour / service cost.
- Between 29 days & 20 days prior to date of departure – 50 % cancellation charge of the total Tour /service cost
- Within 19 days prior to date of departure – 100 % cancellation charge of the total Tour / service cost

But in any case if you need the higher category of hotels please let us know. In that case cost may increase. Please check & reply. Later on no complaint would be entertained.
