DAY 1 : Arrival at Mumbai - Local Sightseeing
Welcome to your ‘Heritage Maharashtra' Tour, Arrival at Mumbai Airport or Mumbai Railway Station, you will be transferred to the Hotel check into Hotel, Evening Visit to Gate Way of India, Marine Drive, Juhu Beach. The Gateway of India has become the most famous monument of the city Mumbai. The Gateway of India was constructed by the King George V and Queen Marry to Bombay, before the Darbar in Delhi in December 1911. The foundation stone of the Gateway of India monument was laid down on 31st day of March in the year 1913 and George Wittet‘s final design of the Gateway of India was approved in August 1914, Back to hotel & Overnight stay at Mumbai Hotel.

DAY 2 : Mumbai – Shirdi – Nashik (Distance - 250 Km. Drive time - 5 Hr.)
After Breakfast, Checkout from Hotel & proceed to Shirdi. Afternoon visit to Sai baba Temple, Shirdi is famous temple of Shri Sai Baba. It was established in 1922 to carry out the services of Shri Sai Baba, Evening on Arrival check into Hotel & overnight stay at Nashik Hotel.

DAY 3 : Nashik – Aurangabad (Distance - 210 Km. Drive time - 5 Hr.)
After Breakfast, Check out from Hotel & proceed to Aurangabad Hotel, After fresh up visit to Ellora caves, Panchakki, Bibi ka Maqbara back to Hotel & overnight stay at Aurangabad Hotel.

DAY 4 : Aurangabad to Ajanta caves (Distance - 120 Km. Drive time - 2 Hr.)
After Breakfast, Full day sightseeing to Ajanta – (closed on Monday) these 2nd century caves are fine achievements by Buddhist monks. Beautiful frescoes, wall paintings and vivid sculptures reflect the peak of ancient Indian art and architecture. The horseshoe shaped gorge has 30 caves dividend in two phases. Return back to Hotel Overnight stay at Aurangabad Hotel.

DAY 5 : Aurangabad – Pune (Distance - 235 Km. Drive time - 6 Hr.)
After Breakfast, Check out from hotel & proceed to Pune, Evening Check into Hotel & Free for leisure, Overnight stay at Pune Hotel.

DAY 6 : Pune – Mumbai (Distance - 180 Km. Drive time - 4 Hr.)
After Breakfast, Check out from Hotel than Pune sightseeing Shaniwar wada, Saras Baug & Dagdu Seth Ganapati & transfer to Mumbai onward your own journey, Evening drop to Mumbai Railway station / Airport.

Cancellation Policy:-
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
CANCELLATION CHARGES:-
Any time after booking but before 45 days of departure date - No Cancellation charges from our end will be levied but it is subject to our vehicle suppliers, hotels & airline cancellation policy. If our suppliers, hotels and airlines levy cancellation charges then in that case you need to bear the cancellation charges. But the customer needs to pay our service charges for tour and tickets booking and cancellation. For clarification about our service charges do write to us. Between 44 days & 30 prior to date of departure : 25 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline / Train cancellation charges. Between 29 days to 23 days prior to date of departure – 35 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline cancellation charges. Between 22 days to date of departure – 100 % of the total Tour cost (excluding air ticket cost) + Airline / Train cancellation charges. We hope you will find the above all in order. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
The customer has to be bear the extra charges of Extra nights in hotel, if any, due to ill health, flight cancellation or any other reason. The uses of vehicle is permitted on leisure days & after finishing of the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary. The Swades Tours reserves the right for extensions of tour program or diversions in the tour itinerary for any compelling reasons e.g. due to bad weather, road closure, vehicle breakdown, any natural calamities, flight cancellation etc. Under such conditions if the cost of tour increases then customers shall bear such proportionate increased cost. Swades Tours shall not be responsible for escalation of cost due to flight cancellations for any reasons. Flight cancellation is out of our control, hence if flight is cancelled by airline, we are not responsible to give any substitute flight. If it is provided by airline we shall give you the same, but if it is not provided by airline then we shall not be responsible for any damages or for any reimbursement. In such a case customer shall pay for booking the alternate flight at the prevailing rates.
Kindly note that the names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In case the accommodation is not available at any of the above mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you. Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost. Please note the Ready made packages are designed strictly on the detailed itinerary being attached any extra sightseeing and excursion is subject to a supplement cost as per the actual. It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reasons.

For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune. This quotation is not applicable for blackout dates like Diwali and X’mas period and long festival vacations. Please take an email confirmation from our representative before booking and making the payment. Rates are valid till 31.3.2022 (excluding the dates as mentioned herein above). Once we received the payment against any booking of any of our serivces we consider that you have read all the terms and conditions given herein above and the same has been accepted by you.
